¡¡¡¡Shanghai Lyocell Fibre Development Co., Lted. is the Key Enterprise of Shanghai science and education encourages city, the new and hi-tech product-ALICEELL yocell manufacture enterprise in China.
The Lyocell product of our company is R&D by Thuringisches Institut fur Textilund Kunsistoff-forschung e.v.(TITK), Shanghai Donghua University and Shanghai Textile Holding (group) Coropration together; National Development and Reform Committee Gaoxin Investment Group Corporation, Shanghai Governmnt, Shanghai Textile Holding(group) Corporation etc invested a huge amount of money being completed and put into operation in the end of 2005. Annual output is 1000 tons Lyocell fibre.
Lyocell fibre is called 21 century green fibre, whose raw material originates from natural fast life wood or cotton linter, there is no any chemical reaction during the process of this fibre, and nearly no waste, and the fibre itself can promptly degrade to innocuous matters (carbon and water mainly) under natural environment. This is unique in the history of artificial fibre, it is the real meaning green, pure natural cellulose fibre.
Lyocell fibre gathers merits of natural fibre and synthetic fibre, has
comfort of cotton, overhang of viscose, tenacity of terylene, stiff and neat of wool, hand feeling of silk and low wet loss modulus etc. Easily to be fibrillated, it makes the fabric surface has pecullar effect such as peach skin, surface treatment and velours. It had brand new aesthetic feeling and affinity property with various type fibres. It can produce high added-value woven and knitting.
